The Shoreline of Vinalhaven

This is a 16×20 watercolor. I put in the sky and then a horizon line and the rest of the painting just kind of appeared in my head.

A friend said this painting reminded him of the shoreline of Vinalhaven in Maine. Thus the name:

“The Shoreline of Vinalhaven”
