Mistic River of Texas

This painting was done on watercolor paper. The inspiration was from driving through the Texas Hill Country along toward dusk. There always seemed to be that small breeze and extreme heat to make the grasses and trees seem to be so dry. However, there is always a beautiful look to such a picture.
